According to the contract requirements, Miss Hong said she would receive 20 thousand yuan of clothing at the market price, 80% of which were from the market.

Miss Hong said that after signing the contract, she spent nearly 30 thousand yuan to decorate the store according to the company's instructions, and then waited for the goods to be sent to the shop.

Miss Hong later looked at the Internet and found that many netizens posted that they had been cheated by the company. They had agreed to get the money back from Guangzhou through contact with these netizens.

Miss Hong and several other franchisees asked for the refund of the deposit, but they were refused. "To talk to the person in charge, they said they could change the goods, but they didn't give them any money back."

The reporter learned from the Internet that Guangzhou Fang Chuang Trading Co., Ltd. is a clothing manufacturer, registered by the relevant state departments, and is mainly engaged in men's and women's clothing, fashion men's wear and fashion women's wear.

The reporter called the Guangzhou Fang Chuang Trade Co., Ltd., a surnamed Han official said: "we absolutely do not have quality problems. If there are quality problems, it can only be caused by pportation."

Mr. Han also added to reporters: "if there is a quality problem, we can get the identification bureau to identify it, and we can not say it without saying anything."

Mr. Han told reporters that Fang Chuang Trade Co., Ltd. promised to franchisees that if there was any quality problem, the company would exchange it with the franchisee free of charge. "Some franchisees can't understand people, just like an airplane. You can't just take a plane because of a fault."
