The cooperation projects include displaying the demonstration effect of benchmarking enterprises, promoting the improvement of the quality management level of the industry, collecting, analyzing and publishing foreign technical measures, enhancing the industry's coping ability, solving the common quality problems of the industry, promoting the overall upgrading of the export footwear quality, carrying out the macroscopic analysis and research of the export footwear, serving the local government's decision-making service, and building an international testing platform for the purpose of building up an international testing platform.
