According to the "56 article" of the General Administration of customs, that is, the notice on the supervision of the import and export of goods and articles in the cross-border trade in electronic commerce, from August 1st onwards, an e-commerce enterprise or an individual can realize the entry and exit goods and articles of cross-border pactions through the e-commerce platform which is approved by the customs and linked with the customs, and must be subject to customs supervision according to "No. 56".

E-commerce enterprises or individuals, payment enterprises, customs supervision sites operators, logistics enterprises, etc., shall, according to regulations, pmit e-commerce, payment, warehousing and logistics data to e-commerce customs clearance management platform timely.
