Equipment aspects
1) the steel collar, spindle, guide yarn hook, air ring, pipe grabbing device and spacer plate are at the same center point, which is also the basic requirement of spinning production.
2) the traveller cleaner is made of flowers on the cleaning ring traveller, in principle, the smaller the yarns, the smaller the gauge. If the gauge is too large, not only can not play the role of cleaning, falling off the line is easy to take off the ring traveller, increase the driving broken ends; if the spacing is too small, the operation of the ring traveler is uneven or even sticking, it may cause loose yarn, weak twist yarn and broken ends.
3) to select the suitable height of the leaf plate, it is advisable to start the spinning position from the top 20 mm to 25 mm of the pipe top. With the selection of suitable size of the traveller, the yarn does not touch the partition board when the yarn is small, and the yarn does not touch the bobbin head when the big yarn is used.
4) the collar plate should be at the same height, and the height of the collar should be in the middle of the waste disc.
5) choose suitable cycle. The quality of the equipment is the basis of normal production. It is required to carry out a thorough vehicle cleaning every half a month. Once every four months, part of the maintenance work is done, and the lubrication work and routine maintenance work can be done. All units can make their own maintenance plan according to their accumulated experience.
6) choose the suitable replacement period of the traveller's ring. The proper cycle period of the traveller has great influence on the broken ends. The cycle is too long, the wear of the spinning channel is serious, and the light scrapes the yarn, resulting in a strong decrease. A reasonable cycle should be explored according to spinning speed, production variety, spinning form, type of traveller and manufacturers.
7) choose the suitable tail cleaning cycle. The cleaning of the tail yarn is very important to the retention rate of the head, because the tail yarn will disturb the normal yarn running when driving, constantly rubbing against the normal yarn, resulting in the increase of the broken ends and the addition of yarn Mao Yu. Therefore, a reasonable cleaning cycle should be worked out.
8) maintain the collective doffing device to ensure that the air frame is high and low, in and out, the right and left position is normal, and the movement is in place.
Technological aspects
1) use reasonable spindle speed curve to ensure the retention rate before doffing. The spindle speed curve can be refined into several stages. In the whole speed changing process, we should try to be smooth and smooth, avoid sudden acceleration and premature deceleration, and maximize the unity of output and life.
2) choose suitable shape and quality of steel wire ring. According to the type of steel collar, choose the corresponding type of traveller, the opening should not be too large, but must ensure that the yarn has ample passageway. And the principle of choosing weight is that when the yarn is small, the yarn does not touch the partition board, and the yarn does not touch the bobbin head when the big yarn is used.
3) the body yarn (the yarns wrapped around the yarn on doffing) are based on 0.5 to 3 circles, the higher the number of yarns, the less the vice versa.
4) the tail yarn (insurance yarn wrapped on the waste discs) is less in principle, but the yarn must be cut off while the yarn is not pulled away.
5) ensure that the spindle can be stopped at a sufficient speed and then stop in the braking time, so as to reduce the weak twist of the roller triangle, especially ring spinning.
6) the starting position of the yarn (the rising position of the steel collar plate in the doffing) is higher than that of the yarn cutter in principle, so as to ensure that the yarn is easy to cut off.
7) the middle yarn position (the highest position of the steel collar plate when driving) is to ensure that the distance is enough to extend the braided yarn, and the yarn can not be broken because of the long distance. At the same time, the reaction of the winder should be taken into account, and the winding machine must not be unwinding because of the over high yarn.
8) to drive the spindle speed, it is necessary to ensure enough speed to open the air ring for timely twisting. At the same time, it can not cause too much instant tension to break the yarn because of the high spindle speed. It also needs to pull the braided yarn together with the speed of the lower collar plate.
Operational aspects
1) the truck operator should ensure the retention rate before the doffing. It is generally required that no more than 5 cars are available. After the doffing is stopped, the bellows should be pulled out in time to ensure that the pipes are sucked and the negative pressure is normal.
2) the doffing workers should follow up the doffing machine in time, and try to take part in the doffing process at the first time, pick up unqualified bobbins, remove and replace the unspooled tubes, and clean the yarn broken by the guide hook and flute, so as to shorten the doffing time and drive in time.
