With the increasingly tight capacity, Huadu textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. has been promoting conservation oriented production since 2007. It only spent 50 million yuan on energy saving and emission reduction, and achieved remarkable results in water saving, electricity saving, solar energy saving, coal saving, waste water and waste heat recovery.

According to statistics released by the Statistics Bureau, the energy consumption of 10000 yuan output fell by 4.1% from 1 to June this year.


In the process of pursuing energy saving and consumption reduction, Huadu textile new methods are emerging.

All workshops are equipped with a voltage stabilizer, which enables all kinds of circuits or electrical equipment to work normally under the rated working voltage. The printing and dyeing production line also assembles wax recovery and light alkali recovery equipment. At the same time, the frequency conversion of the induced draft fan and the grate is carried out to save electricity consumption, and the boiler heating is changed to external steam heating.


Huadu textile also reclaims the exhaust gas from the stereotype machine, effectively removing particles from the exhaust gas of the stereotype machine.

This recycling project will not only improve air pollution and protect the ecological environment, but also save 420 tons of standard coal annually.


This year, Huadu textile has invested 15 million yuan to upgrade and pform the sewage treatment facilities. The biological contact oxidation process will be used to treat the wastewater. The sewage can be discharged to three levels according to the standard, and the amount of reclaimed water can reach 7000 tons.


It is reported that after the completion of the project, it is expected to reduce more than 2/3 of printing and dyeing sludge, reduce the sewage treatment cost by 1 million 830 thousand yuan per year, and reduce the consumption of tap water by 2 million 680 thousand yuan.
