Salary increase is the most commonly used means of recruitment and retention.

The survey shows that 41.6% of the factors that determine the job selection of the apparel retail industry are job satisfaction, career planning, 21.3%, good communication atmosphere, 20.7% promotion, and 7.9% salary.
