The report said that in the third quarter of 2012, our city's human resource market rate was 1.2, which was 1.31 lower than that of last quarter and 1.26 of the same period last year. The number of demand and job seekers was 37642 and 31451 respectively, showing a downward trend compared with 44114 and 33607 in the second quarter of this year.
Experts point out that the market of human resources in our city has gradually returned to the pattern of booming market supply and demand under the help of the government and the efforts of enterprises themselves, and the market supply and demand have been balanced.
Experts pointed out that the most direct reason for the callback rate is the demand for personnel rate and the demand for enterprise employment compared with the beginning of the year. This is the reason why our city will continue to vigorously carry out the series of enterprise recruitment activities in 2012, which are entitled "enterprise recruitment and government help".
Up to the end of this month, a survey of enterprise employment shows that the labor gap in our city has dropped to 55 thousand from the peak of 150 thousand workers in the early part of the year.
Localization of industrial workers is effective.
In the first half of this year, our city carried out various kinds of public welfare recruitment activities within the city, and adopted measures to recruit workers and employ workers in the labor market outside the province.
From the structural analysis of job seekers in this quarter, the three major job seekers, namely, foreign personnel, new unemployed youth, and rural personnel in the city, accounted for 46.61%, 25.19% and 12.27% of the total job search respectively. The proportion of them was normalized compared with the previous proportion analysis. The proportion of job seekers in rural areas increased by 2.3 percentage points from 9.97% in the same period last year, and reached 12.69% in September.
Structural contradictions still exist in employment
In terms of employment demand, the labor force in our city mainly concentrates on labor-intensive enterprises with comparative advantages, such as footwear, clothing, ceramics and other industries.

Industrial and textile knitwear and dyeing workers have become a large number of labor demand gaps in traditional manufacturing industries in our city.
From the perspective of the demand for industrial groupings, the second industry in our city is still a large demand for employment, with a total demand of 24177 people, accounting for 64.23% of the total employment in the third quarter, while the demand for third industries remains at 35% or 34.17%, with 12863 people in need.
From the perspective of industry demand, manufacturing industry is still the employment tycoon in the industry. The number of demand is 60.13%, a percentage point higher than that in the previous quarter, and other large demand enterprises are wholesale and retail industry (10.40%), accommodation and catering industry, residents' service and other service industries.
The ten occupations in which the demand is bigger than the job gap are the level car workers, shoes and caps makers, textile knitting and dyeing workers, general workers, electronic components manufacturing and adjusting workers, restaurant attendants, machinery manufacturing and processing workers, sales and sales personnel, craft and art products makers and mechanical heat workers.
Among them, the number of notches of level lathe workers, shoes and hat makers, textile and dyeing workers is still large, and it is not expected to meet the needs of personnel in the short term.
The ten occupations with a minimum demand for jobs are drivers, salesmen, deliveries, accountants, force workers, clerks, warehouses, security guards and fire fighters, department managers and administrators, and mechanical chilling workers.
