＜p＞　　该项目历时两年，目前成功研制出具有独立知识产权的碳纤维立体管状＜a href="//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp"＞织造装备＜/a＞，设计了直径从30~120mm范围中几个规格的管状织物的织造工艺，主要有四大创新点：一是提出三维多层管状纺织预成型件的成型方法——三维圆织法，并实现层与层之间的可靠连接;二是在机、电、磁结合控制下实现每根经纱运动规律和张力的准确控制，从而适应圆织机上经纱运动复杂的规律，实现了多种织物组织结构的立体织造;三是采用无碾压式引纬方式，使引纬器“悬空”运行，避免引纬器与经纱的接触，减少对经纱的损伤;四是针对小管径复合管材的整体拉伸测试方法，研制出实用性较好的拉伸测试夹具组件，克服了碳纤维复合管材管壁薄、表面滑、难夹持的难点，可测试出碳纤维管状复合材料的拉伸强度。
