Where a company's business license has changed, the company shall go through the registration of change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a business license.

The following conditions shall be met:

(two) capital contributions subscribed by all shareholders in accordance with the provisions of the articles of Association;

(three) shareholders jointly formulate the articles of Association;
