The strategic concept of "New Silk Road Economic Belt" provides valuable opportunities for the long-term development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry.

At the same time, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry also needs to find and solve problems in opportunities, make full use of policies and industrial advantages, and establish a virtuous cycle market environment for spinning, weaving and clothing.

Through the rise and fall of Latin America in the 70s of last century, the rise of the "four Asian dragons" in 80s, the dollar has been leading the international market in various ways, and the settlement rate in the world has been up to about 80%.

With the more than 60 countries along the belt and the Southeast Asian Free Trade Area, India and South Asia, the scale of the entire Asia free trade area will exceed 50 trillion dollars and become the world's largest economy.

As the core country of the trade area, China will become the third largest international trade currency after the US dollar and the euro. It will greatly promote the long-term development of the Chinese economy and the improvement of the average living standard of the Chinese people.

Whether it is economic or political, the development of Xinjiang's textile industry will play an important role.

Among them, Li Tai, Zhen Lun, Jin Fu, Tianhong Group, Huafu group and so on in Xinjiang, the scale of planning and construction is over one million spindles. The scale and investment volume of the monomer cotton spinning project has been greatly improved.

Meanwhile, the Xinjiang textile industry completed a record high investment in fixed assets in 2015, reaching 25 billion 163 million yuan in 1~10 months, up 1.9 times compared to the same period last year. The new cotton spinning capacity is expected to reach 4 million yuan (including air spinning), and will reach the end of 2015.
