Wang Ronghua, director of the company, told reporters that since last year, the Federation Sanhe has worked with many textile research institutions in Germany and Italy, plus independent innovation and scientific research, tackling the frontier textile technology, and filled many gaps in the domestic textile industry in the field of high density and leisure fabrics. The production of new high-density casual fabrics is in short supply, and the company has successfully entered the development track of pformation and upgrading.

"In the past, the production of medium and low-grade fabrics, despite the large output, but the industry is competing to beat prices, the profit rate is lower than the bank deposit interest rate, and sales difficulties, market risk.

The capacity of garment fabrics has shifted from the middle to the low end, and the "turn" of federation Sanhe is a vivid miniature of the structural reform of the Shishi textile and garment industry.

While eliminating a large number of backward and low-grade production capacity, a group of leading enterprises represented by federal Sanhe, Pengcheng industries and left banks have made breakthroughs in new materials, new technologies and other fields, and injected new kinetic energy into Shishi spinning and weaving industry, and urged large quantities of capacity to turn quickly as soon as possible.

According to the data released by Shishi textile and Garment Association, in 2015, the proportion of high-end garment fabrics produced by Shishi local enterprises increased from less than 15% years ago to 35% three years ago.

Incremental innovation

Facing the current situation of the "single industry" industry in the textile and clothing industry, Shishi actively adjusts the industrial supply structure and continuously forces other emerging industries.

Since last year, Shishi has accelerated the development of high-tech electronic industrial clusters around the river clams. The development of modern marine industry is another direction.

Among them, Ming Xiang Group's orders for seaweed herbal tea this year increased by more than 2 times compared with the same period last year, and the production line was running 24 hours to meet demand.

Since last year, more than 20 key enterprises represented by Ming Xiang and Huabao have been extensively linked with key universities and research institutes in China, and invested huge sums of money in establishing scientific research laboratories for research and development of new marine products.

At present, more than 30 technology patents have been obtained.

Ming Xiang group was designated by the Ministry of agriculture as the national base for aquatic product quality inspection in Fujian. Warburg company has successfully registered the certification of API and GMP in the marine biological medicine field by the US and EU authorities, filling our historical blank in this field.

To speed up the development of new industries, Shishi puts forward the "1+6" industrial structure, namely, textile and clothing + electronics, high-end equipment, printing and packaging, marine products, new materials, sports and other 6 new industries.

Since the beginning of last year, the six emerging industries have been granted the right to give priority to development, and have been strongly supported by local governments in land use, financing and financial support.

Statistics show that in 2015, the six emerging industries of Shishi achieved an industrial output value of 4 billion 560 million yuan, an increase of 25% over the same period last year.

"The implementation of industrial diversification and the new supply of emerging industries have created a new economic growth point for Shishi, and are gradually dissolving the risks brought by single industry to Shishi county economy."

Another direction of Shishi county's economic pformation is to expand into the service industry, especially the modern service industry.

For a long time, the development level of modern service industry, such as design, R & D, headquarters economy and so on, is not high and its proportion is too low, which has become a short board of Shishi's economic development.

The proportion of Shishi's third industry in GDP has been hovering around 35%.

Since last year, Shishi has issued a number of documents, such as encouraging and supporting the development rules of modern service industry, speeding up the development of clothing and creative industries, etc., and invested more than 600 million yuan to speed up the development of modern service industry.

With the strong support of the policy, a large number of service industries with large gold content have fallen to the ground, and many service enterprises have also developed rapidly.

In Shishi's YI clothing and creative Expo Park in Shishi City, almost every day fashion models show up, and a large number of fashion designers and fashion models converge.

It is reported that the project, as an industrial incubator and industrial engine for Shishi garment industry, has grown into a textile and clothing Expo and a multi format compound open community.

Statistics show that in 2015, the added value of Shishi service industry completed 25 billion 920 million yuan, an increase of 10.3% over the same period last year.

The contribution rate of the third industry to GDP growth is 40.3%, and the pulling effect on the economy is gradually emerging.
