The A'Design Grand Prix is the largest in the world.

Design

Competitions are awarded to the best design, design concepts, products and services.

The jury was voted anonymous by 83 design professionals, artists, designers, editors and scholars to vote for the best design each year.

This year, the American sportswear giant

3D printing training shoes

The Architech design left a deep impression on the jury and won the platinum prize in the first prize of the footwear design award.

According to the company, Architech is the first 3D print training shoe in the world for the general consumer market.

The design team of the shoe Alan Guyan, John Acevedo and Alan Toronjo took two years to study various organic shapes and structures to create a truly unique and practical 3D print lattice design.

The name of this shoe is Architech.

In fact, it is made up of Architecture (Architecture) and Technology (Technology).

According to its design team, Architech has both dynamic stability and sharp appearance.

But what makes this design really different is that the interconnected lattice beam can only be realized by 3D printing technology, and the traditional manufacturing process can not be duplicated at all.

To accomplish this design, developers have studied geometry, nature, architecture, materials and structures to create unique and functional midsole designs.

In addition, the design of the foot part uses the 3D Auxetic (stretch) mode, which can expand and adapt to the shape of the foot, and can provide users with comfortable and ergonomic experience.

For this award winning design, a fashion jury member commented anonymously: "this design is amazing and unparalleled.

To be honest, I have been so eager and impulsive to have such a pair of sneakers in my whole life. I am glad to see the new bloom in the field of footwear design.

All entries in the A'footwear design competition will be conducted through anonymous voting and peer review to ensure fairness. Besides, members of the jury can also anonymously leave messages to express their impression and feedback on the design works.

Andemar's "Architech" 3D printing training shoes were awarded the platinum A'Design Award (Platinum A' Design Award), which is also the highest prize in the A'International Design Grand Prix.

The prize winning works of the platinum design award must be original and functional and aesthetic.

Today, the design creators Alan Guyan, John Acevedo and Alan Toronjo have been invited to attend the grand ceremony in Italy.

Interestingly, the tournament's trophy is also printed on metal 3D.
