On the basis of the 4 enterprises that first joined the alliance, the second meeting of the consortium added a new Taicang Shen Jiu chemical fibre.

At the meeting, the 5 sides reached an agreement that the enterprises in the alliance will continue to implement unified pricing, so that the price of all parties will be unified and POY prices will rise and fall orderly.

Reporters learned that the current number of products in the alliance is about 10 days ~12 days.

The reporter learned from the relevant person in charge of a union meeting that Tong Kun, Heng Yi, Xin Feng Ming and double hare 4 POY total annual production capacity is about 5 million 500 thousand tons, and the daily output of 4 enterprises is about 15000 tons.

In the past two years, POY as a polyester intermediate product has a certain margin compared with DTY and FDY products.

The production capacity of polyester filament industry is now in a stage of structural and structural surplus, and the industry is speeding up shuffling, and the situation of survival of the fittest is emerging.

In the first half of this year, Tong Kun added the two tenth 500 thousand ton melt direct spinning polyester filament device, and the new Feng Ming added two phase 300 thousand ton melt direct spinning polyester filament device.

Among them, POY has 810 thousand tons of new capacity, including 800 thousand tons of half light POY and 10 thousand tons of cationic POY.

The average profit of POY 150D/48F products is about -189.10 yuan / ton, down 507.29% compared with the same period last year.

In the same period, the average profit of polyester FDY 150D/96F products was 109.24 yuan / ton, an increase of 204.65% over the same period.

Against this background, the "leading" enterprises decide to form alliances and "save the market" by balancing the profits among different products, stabilizing the price system and relieving the pressure.

A polyester polyester industry analyst told reporters that the important reason for POY's "leading" enterprises to form alliances is that although the POY industry still has a certain profit in the first quarter, it is indeed in a state of deficit in May and June. At the same time, the price of crude oil and other commodities is down, prompting the price of POY products to be moderately raised.

In addition, since the first half of this year, the matching rate of the machine for polyester factories and weaving mills has increased, and the actual demand for POY has increased. There is still a certain rigid demand for POY, which makes it possible for POY enterprises to raise their prices moderately.

"Forming alliances, of course, has positive significance. Enterprises can not fight price wars, but they are better than product quality and service, which is the source of competition.

At present, the two meeting of the alliance has played an effective role, and the rate of production and sales is more than 100% in recent years.
