Recently filed for bankruptcy protection in the French Boulogne-sur-Mer commercial court, the news was confirmed by the parent company Groupe Noyon Olivier President Noyon.

Groupe Noyon was founded in 1919 by Olivier Noyon's grandfather Lucien Noyon. Olivier Noyon inherited a large number of lace workshop and technology from her father Gustave Noyon.

Lucien Noyon is a professional supplier of Darquer, a famous lace workshop under Groupe Noyon. It is also one of the oldest lace producers in Calais and Caudry.

Lucien Noyon, Desseilles and Codentel are the representatives of the 11 remaining traditional lace workshops in the region.

During bankruptcy protection, the company hopes to quickly enhance its overall strength and restore profitability.
