On the evening of October 17, the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Hangzhou high tech Zone was held in the finals Hall (xiaolianhua) of Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games Tennis Center. Established in 1990, Hangzhou high tech Zone is one of the first batch of national high-tech industrial development zones approved by the State Council. In 1996, Binjiang District was established.
