Manas: Preferential Measures To Help Cotton Textile Enterprises Develop With High Quality

In recent years, Zhongheng Industrial Park in Manas County has successfully attracted quilts processing and garment processing enterprises to settle in and extend the cotton textile industry chain through plant renovation and upgrading. It has also implemented preferential measures to send timely rain for the development of small and micro enterprises settled in the park and help high-quality development.

In the processing workshop of mianxiang craftsman Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., along with the sound of machinery running, workers are busy on the operating platform, making local long staple cotton into quilts carefully, and carrying out edge wrapping technology.

Chen Feng, general manager of mianxiang craftsman Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., said: now our daily production capacity is 300 quilts, and our sales platforms are tmall, Taobao and shuoyin, with daily sales of more than 10000 yuan.

Since its establishment in 2016, Zhongheng Industrial Park has more than ten standardized factories through the transformation and new construction of old factories in four years. Relying on the advantages of high-quality cotton production area in Manas County, it attracts three quilt processing enterprises including cotton fragrance craftsman to settle in.

Chen Feng, the general manager of mianxiang craftsman Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., said: we entered Zhongheng Industrial Park in August last year, and after entering, we received strong support from the government, which gave us great confidence. After more than one year's accumulation, our sales volume has reached 1000 quilts and the daily sales volume has exceeded 100000.

Similarly, under the government's preferential measures, Xinjiang Yituo Garment Co., Ltd. has developed and expanded. Since its arrival in October this year, Yituo clothing has taken on the orders for the production of school uniforms for some schools in Manas County, and has successfully absorbed the local surplus labor force for employment.

Liu Yi, general manager of Xinjiang Yituo Garment Co., Ltd., said: for our newly settled enterprises, the government has provided a series of preferential policies, such as free factory rent, free water and electricity charges, so that our enterprises can establish good confidence. In 2020, our company will absorb 25 employees, and the monthly income of each employee can reach more than 3500 yuan.

At present, the workers are working hard to make winter school uniform orders. In addition, Yituo clothing also actively expanded its foreign trade business, and with the help of the Silk Road Economic Belt development opportunities, exported ethnic clothing to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other Central Asian countries.

The annual output of school uniform is 20000 pieces, and the foreign trade order is also 20000 pieces. Our school uniform is a professional team design, raw materials from the source, so that children wear comfortable, at ease.

It is understood that after the transformation and upgrading of Zhongheng Industrial Park, through the government's investment attraction, three cotton textile enterprises, one garment processing enterprise and one mask production enterprise were attracted to settle in, and the annual output value increased from 12 million to 30 million.
