Shenda Shares ((600626): Suzhou Xuanliang Has Paid A Deposit Of RMB 152 Million

Shenda Co., Ltd. (600626. SH) announced that the company transferred 100% equity of Shanghai No.2 printing and dyeing factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "eryin company") through Shanghai United Property Exchange Co., Ltd. during the listing period, it collected a qualified intended transferee, namely Suzhou Xuanliang Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou Xuanliang"), and the transfer price was 507 million yuan.

On January 21, 2021, Suzhou Xuanliang paid 30% of the transaction price, i.e. RMB 152 million, as a margin to Shanghai Stock Exchange. As of the date of this announcement, Shenda shares and Suzhou Xuanliang have not signed the property right transaction contract, have not obtained the property right transaction certificate issued by Shanghai United Property Exchange Co., Ltd., and have not received the full price of this transfer transaction.
