From the aspect of enterprise rights protection, it is necessary to build a protection linkage mechanism of judicial, administrative and industrial cooperation, make full use of the existing administrative, supervisory, legal, public opinion and other means, mobilize various forces to jointly crack down on counterfeiting and trafficking, and create a good market order and environment.
