Up to now, the region has strived for employment driven by labor-intensive industries such as textile and clothing in Xinjiang. In 2022, there are 10 planned investment projects in the central budget, with a total investment of 530 million yuan, and the central budget investment of 165 million yuan in 2022. Among them, there are 3 infrastructure projects with an investment of 50 million yuan within the central budget; There are 7 standard plant projects, with an investment of 115 million yuan within the central budget. During the year, 73 local government special bond projects were reserved and declared, 8 local government special bond projects of textile and garment industry were issued, and the special bond fund was 59 million yuan, which was mainly used for the textile industry infrastructure construction of Aksu textile industry city (Development Zone), Kuqa City, Xinhe County and Awati county.
