Changshu Held A Special Forum On The Protection Of E-Commerce Intellectual Property Rights

Recently, Changshu Market Supervision Bureau (Intellectual Property Office), together with Changshu People's Court, Changshu E-Commerce Association and other units, jointly held a special forum on "law protection live broadcast, co governance and sharing" of e-commerce intellectual property protection.

At the meeting, the Intellectual Property Division of the Municipal People's Court carried out law popularization and publicity around the topic of intellectual property protection, and improved the intellectual property protection awareness of the participants of "respecting knowledge, advocating innovation, being honest and law-abiding, and fair competition" by sharing typical intellectual property cases. The Municipal Market Supervision Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) introduced the main functions and business scope of Changshu (Textile and Clothing) Rapid IPR Protection Center in detail to the participants, and mobilized e-commerce industry enterprises to actively participate in the rapid review, preliminary review and filing, seize the market opportunity by accelerating authorization efficiency, avoid infringement risks and protect their own rights and interests.
