Zhejiang Printed And Distributed Several Measures To Support The High Quality Development Of The Textile Industry

On December 25, 2023, Zhejiang Provincial Leading Group Office for High Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry printed and distributed Several Measures on Supporting High Quality Development of Textile Industry (hereinafter referred to as Several Measures).

The Several Measures aim to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Zhejiang Provincial Government, further guide expectations, boost confidence, optimize the environment, and promote high-quality development of the textile industry. The Several Measures put forward eight specific measures to optimize the industrial layout, vigorously expand the market, strengthen innovation drive, deepen the cultivation of strong enterprises, increase factor guarantee, accelerate the empowerment of digital intelligence, promote green transformation, and promote cost reduction.

Several Measures pointed out that in the future, Zhejiang will continue to deepen the action of "thousands of groups and thousands of enterprises" to expand the market and increase orders, and organize at least 300 economic and trade groups and 2000 enterprises to participate in the exhibition and negotiation every year. Strengthen innovation drive, strive to recognize no less than 100 textile high-tech enterprises, no less than 300 technology-based SMEs every year, and build no less than 1 provincial key enterprise research institute, 5 enterprise research institutes, and 50 high-tech enterprise research and development centers respectively. At the same time, we will further deepen the cultivation of strong enterprises, and strive to cultivate more than 70 "little giant" enterprises, single champion enterprises, and eagle enterprises specializing in the textile industry by 2025.
