Because I know: any excellent family will never be able to produce outstanding talents in the fields of production, sale, brand, marketing, finance, personnel and so on.


How to "go family" in management is the key to the sustainable development of family businesses.

Just imagine: how can a manager and a professional manager give orders to the chairman's wife and younger brother? Even in the face of Chinese culture, even if the chairman is authorized and his relatives are willing to accept the command, I am afraid the manager is unwilling to "be a villain", because these professionals themselves will consciously or unconsciously regard themselves as "outsiders".

If the bosses' relatives are antagonistic to management and the boss's attitude is ambiguous, professional managers will be more difficult.

This situation is often the most fatal problem facing family businesses.
