Zhang Baohua, deputy director of the Department of dyeing and clothing art design department of Academy of Fine Arts, won the best teacher award in the contest.

Liang's design work, "waking up time", is a bedding designed for young children.

The main body of the series uses owls, trees, rivers and other elements, and presents the theme of morning and night through two different color matching designs.

The two format can be used together to express children's innocence and fantasy through the interlacing of time between day and night, so that children can grow happily on every new day.

The design work "awakening time" is closely linked to the theme of the competition, and has won the praise of the expert judges and the enterprise designers.

Yesterday, the eighty-ninth World Textile Conference opened in Han Dynasty, and nanofibers became a hot topic for experts.

Wang Xun, chairman of the World Textile Conference and Dean of textile School of Wuhan Textile University, is one of the authoritative experts in this field.

He revealed that the yarn made by his laboratory can now be thinner than 100 nm, and the fineness is only half that of the existing nanofibers in the world.

It is understood that the diameter of nanomaterials is smaller than that of bacteria and viruses. If we can achieve mass production, we will be able to withstand the overwhelming majority of bacteria and virus protection products, and deal with PM2.5.

Wang Xun introduced that nanofibers can be used as high-performance materials, including filter materials such as respirators, similar materials such as battery separator, and medical materials.

Compared with ordinary textile materials, high performance materials consume less raw materials and achieve better results.

For example, masks made of nanofibers, because the yarns have been thinner to the nanometer level, and bacteria and viruses are mainly microns, so they can withstand most of the bacteria and viruses, which are much better than the existing masks.

"Like PM2.5, fine masks made of nanofibers can resist 100%.

Of course, if we are to resist Ebola virus, we need more layers of protection, and we need to solve problems such as respiratory obstruction. "

According to Wang Xun, although nanofibers have mature samples in the laboratory in recent years, they have not been able to mass produce, which is exactly what the global textile industry is trying to solve.

There are two main reasons: first, mass production is technically difficult, and the two is high production cost.

At present, Wuhan Textile University is working with relevant enterprises in Jiangsu, and has already been in the forefront of domestic industrialization in the field of nanofiber technology.

It is estimated that the mass production of nanofiber materials will be achieved in the next 3 years and will go to the market.
