　　印《金融快报》4月1日文章称，商工部长阿南德·夏尔玛3月31日透露，印政府将从4月1日起实施一项期限6个月、总额62.5亿卢比的刺激计划，旨在促进服装、电子、工程器材、农药等行业的出口。其中，40亿卢比将用于促进服装出口，特别是促进300种鞋服向美、欧两大市场出口。

　　文章认为，在卢比不断升值、部分行业出口严重萎缩的背景下，该计划的出台恰逢其时。3月31日，卢比兑换美元的汇率升至44.92的历史新高。服装、皮革、手工艺品的出口最容易遭受货币升值的打击，出口商们担心，卢比升值后他们会在中国出口商的竞争下遭受惨重损失。去年4月至今年1月，印度服装出口额累计79.1亿美元，同比下降10%。
