Internationalization

At the meeting, experts believed that the moisture regain and sugar content of cotton were important factors affecting cotton trading and textile production. After discussing the content and key technology of the proposal, the experts affirmed the work of the proposal proposal unit, and thought that it was very necessary for our country to propose the proposal to establish the cotton moisture regain rate and the international standard of sugar.

The meeting also proposed that the domestic proposal working group should be set up as soon as possible, and the proposal unit should take the lead in studying and implementing the relevant opinions, and make proposals for improvement and improvement as soon as possible, analyze and study the relevant standards at home and abroad, and do well in the technical preparations for key technical content test analysis and project coordination.

Domestic proposal units, technology import units, international counterparts and China's TC38, TC38/SC23 Secretariat and SC23/WG2 convener of the international standardization organization should actively unite with the international cotton importing countries, strive for the support of non cotton production and importing countries, take advantage of the opportunity of the ISO/TC38 annual meeting of Osaka, Japan in October 2011, and actively make good proposals for project coordination, and strive to achieve the goals of the year.
